Project Overview
Overseeing all phases of security system installations, from initial planning and site assessment to final implementation and handover. This includes developing project timelines, managing budgets, coordinating subcontractors (e.g., electricians, low-voltage technicians), and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Acting as the central point of coordination for the integration of various security components, such as programmable electronic locks, access control software, lockdown initiation systems, and emergency notification platforms. This requires a strong understanding of how these systems interact and ensuring seamless functionality.
